Sometimes “home” can be challenging to keep up with, our staff at GNDC understand the difficulties of being a homeowner. If you are struggling or behind on mortgage payments, property taxes, or utilities, we may be able to help!

 

Montana Homeowners Assistance Fund

This program can provide eligible households with up to a $50,000 deferred loan for Mortgage Reinstatement, up to a $10,000 grant for Lien Prevention to prevent tax foreclosure that may result in homeowner displacement or up to a $1,000 grant for Utility Payment Assistance to resolve delinquent utility services, prevent shut-off or restore services. Utilities include electricity and home energy costs (gas, propane, wood).
