Great Northern Development Corporation (GNDC), a regional non-profit economic and community development organization, is soliciting a Request for Proposals for the development of a six county, regional Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy and COVID-19 Recovery and Resiliency Plan.
GNDC has received funding approval from the U.S. Economic Development Administration to complete this effort. The preferred consultant will have the skills, capacity, experience, professional planning expertise, and creativity necessary to prepare the CEDS.
Interested respondents may download a detailed Request for Proposals (RFP) below, including a description of services to be provided by respondents, the minimum content of responses, and factors to be used to evaluate the responses. The detailed RFP can also be requested by emailing Tori Matejovsky at tmatejovsky@gndc.org. All responses to the RFP must be received by GNDC no later than 4:00 pm on April 1, 2022. Responses should either be mailed to 233 Cascade Street, Wolf Point, MT 59201, or submitted electronically to tmatejovsky@gndc.org.
