GNDC provides free and confidential one-on-one housing counseling for budgeting, renting, preparing to buy, post-purchase support and housing stability. Through our partnership with NeighborWorks Montana, we can also connect you with foreclosure counseling, homebuyer education, down payment assistance and lending resources.

We will help you understand the options, organize the next steps and make an informed decision for your household.
