Our rooms are fully handicap accessible and offer complimentary Wi-Fi, along with customizable layouts featuring plenty of tables and chairs to fit your event needs.

The Large Conference Room boasts a spacious area perfect for hosting conferences, workshops, trainings, and more. With ample natural light streaming through our glass garage door and windows, your event will feel open and inviting.

For more intimate gatherings, the Small Conference Room offers a private, quiet space ideal for business meetings, staff trainings, or smaller events.

Both conference rooms are equipped with large TV screens, allowing you to easily connect your own device or use our in-house technology to meet your business needs.

At GNDC, we prioritize cleanliness, efficiency, and modern amenities to ensure a comfortable experience. Please note, our facility is smoke-free and pet-free, providing a fresh and professional environment for all visitors.

Small Conference Room (20-25 Maximum):
Half day: $50
Full day: $90

Large Conference Room(50-55 Maximum) :
Half day: $110
Full day: $200

We accept the following payment methods: Cash, Check, and Paypal.

*Fees are based on the type of event/number of guests. Hourly rates can apply.
*Events with a large number of attendees are subject to the large conference room.
*Payments with Paypal will require an additional $5.00 processing fee.
